Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the generating company shall apply to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form VIII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
