Surrender of certificate.—Every generating company who ceases to carry on the generation of electricity shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Grievance Redressal Forum in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every test report held by him has been disposed of.
