Application for registration.—Every intermediary carrying on the business of an intermediary shall make an application for registration to the Government of Karnataka in Form F, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every contract note held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
