Surrender of certificate.—Every intermediary who ceases to carry on the business of an intermediary shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Karnataka in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every register of transactions held by him has been disposed of.
