Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a cruise vessel who ceases to carry on the operation of a cruise vessel shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director-General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every ship held by him has been disposed of.
