Intimation of change.—Every transport operator shall intimate to the Regional Transport Authority, in Form 23 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regional Transport Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
