Application for registration.—Every flying training organisation carrying on the training of pilots shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form CA-4, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every register of aircraft held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
