Surrender of certificate.—Every owner who ceases to carry on the holding of land shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Custodian of Enemy Property in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every award held by him has been disposed of.
