Intimation of change.—Every multi-system operator shall intimate to the Press Registrar, in Form VII and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Press Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
