Application for registration.—Every operator carrying on the operation of aircraft shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form CA-5, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every aircraft held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
