Correction of entries.—The Principal Chief Commissioner may, on an application made in Form 10 by any payer of dividend or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than one hundred and twenty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
