Surrender of certificate.—Every surety who ceases to carry on the standing as surety for a party shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Taxing Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every summons held by him has been disposed of.
