Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of an old age home shall apply to the Registrar General in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees, and the Registrar General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
