Intimation of change.—Every nursery grower shall intimate to the Director of Agriculture, in Form D and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Agriculture shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
