Safe custody.—Every insurance marketing firm shall keep every nomination to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the marketing of insurance products is carried on, shall record in Form IRDA-1 the description of every nomination so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Council of Insurers within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
