Application for registration.—Every clearing and forwarding agent carrying on the business of clearing and forwarding shall make an application for registration to the Director of Industries in Form F, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every register of contracts held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
