Surrender of certificate.—Every trade union who ceases to carry on the functioning of a trade union shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the appropriate Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every notice held by him has been disposed of.
