Application for registration.—Every trade union carrying on the functioning of a trade union shall make an application for registration to the appropriate Government in Form VIII, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every licence held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
