Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any registered proprietor of a design dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Bihar in Form 1, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of patents then held; and the Government of Bihar shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
