Safe custody.—Every registered proprietor of a design shall keep every application to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the application of a registered design is carried on, shall record in Form 18 the description of every application so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Bihar within three hundred and sixty-five days of the close of each year.
