Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Government of Bihar in the custody of the Assistant Registrar of Trade Marks, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Government of Bihar; and where the Assistant Registrar of Trade Marks having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 5 within three hundred and sixty-five days of the succession.
