Intimation of change.—Every registered proprietor of a design shall intimate to the Government of Bihar, in Form 27 and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Bihar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of forty thousand rupees.
