Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trustee shall apply to the Government of Maharashtra in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Government of Maharashtra shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
