Surrender of certificate.—Every trustee who ceases to carry on the administration of a trust shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Maharashtra in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
