Surrender of certificate.—Every curator of a museum who ceases to carry on the management of a museum shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every certificate of registration held by him has been disposed of.
