Authorised agent.—Any person engaged in the supply of energy may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form II the name and address of the agent within forty-five days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within ninety days of the revocation.
