Intimation of change.—Every person engaged in the supply of energy shall intimate to the Grievance Redressal Forum, in Form IV and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
