Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person engaged in the supply of energy shall apply to the Grievance Redressal Forum in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees, and the Grievance Redressal Forum shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
