Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee of a camping site who ceases to carry on the running of a camping site shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
