Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a hotel who ceases to carry on the keeping of a hotel shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Tourism in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every permission held by him has been disposed of.
