Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a hotel shall apply to the Director of Tourism in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Director of Tourism shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
