Safe custody.—Every portfolio manager shall keep every offer document to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the business of a portfolio manager is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every offer document so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Bihar within seven days of the close of each year.
