Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any keeper of a hotel dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Hotel Classification Committee in Form VII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every register of antiquities then held; and the Hotel Classification Committee shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
