Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the institution shall apply to the Council in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
