Surrender of certificate.—Every tourist guide who ceases to carry on the guiding of tourists shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Heritage Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every register of antiquities held by him has been disposed of.
