Rule 23, Maharashtra Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Appeals) Rules, 2009 [S4C-MVY]

Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the principal officer shall apply to the Commissioner in Form 35 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
