Surrender of certificate.—Every insurance repository who ceases to carry on the holding of policies in electronic form shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Council of Insurers in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-7 of the manner in which every premium held by him has been disposed of.
