Surrender of certificate.—Every reinsurer who ceases to carry on the business of reinsurance shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-4 of the manner in which every nomination held by him has been disposed of.
