Correction of entries.—The Metro Railway Administration may, on an application made in Form B by any owner of a level crossing road or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than thirty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
