Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a place of public resort shall apply to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
