Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any keeper of a place of public resort dies, his legal representative shall, within ten days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form VII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every magazine then held; and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
