Application for registration.—Every keeper of a place of public resort carrying on the conduct of a place of public resort shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form IV, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every printing machine held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
