Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the keeper of a place of public resort to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form VI, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall record the manner and the date of service within sixty days of the service.
