Surrender of certificate.—Every third party administrator who ceases to carry on the servicing of health insurance policies shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Council of Insurers in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-2 of the manner in which every certificate of insurance held by him has been disposed of.
