Application for registration.—Every third party administrator carrying on the servicing of health insurance policies shall make an application for registration to the Council of Insurers in Form IRDA-3, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every statement of claims held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
