Intimation of change.—Every allottee of surplus land shall intimate to the State Government, in Form 12 and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Government shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
