Application for registration.—Every allottee of surplus land carrying on the holding of allotted surplus land shall make an application for registration to the State Government in Form 5, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every parcel of land held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
