Maintenance of premises.—Every central recordkeeping agency shall keep the premises where the keeping of records of subscribers is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every remittance challan kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the keeping of records of subscribers, and shall furnish to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in Form 11, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
