Application for registration.—Every expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal carrying on the reporting to an arbitral tribunal as an expert shall make an application for registration to the Chairperson of the Council in Form G, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every interim order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
