Surrender of certificate.—Every expert appointed by an arbitral tribunal who ceases to carry on the reporting to an arbitral tribunal as an expert shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chairperson of the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every award held by him has been disposed of.
